I offer full-service relocation and personal support services to Seniors and all Others in transition, INCLUDING Concierge Real Estate Services.

As a 32 year Santa Barbara professional, I offer a one-of-a-kind personalized touch to seniors in transition. I pride myself in being knowledgeable & resourceful to my clients. I am a referral based business dedicated to seniors and others in transition.
I essentially operate as your logistics manager (your quarterback) for all services that may be required for a successful transition. A transition may be as simple as downsizing or organizing at one’s current residence, or downsizing and moving to a smaller residence/apartment or senior independent or assisted living property. Moving can be stressful enough, but it can be particularly challenging for older adults and their families when it comes to leaving a home filled with years of memories.
I listen to your specific desires, needs, and vision, and create a move plan together. I am committed to working in a clean, organized method with absolutely as minimum disruption as possible. Your residence and lifetime of belongings and treasures are treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.
My combined 30+ year background in hospitality management and development, project management, business development, marketing, quality assurance, and design services allow me to offer a VERY UNIQUE SKILL-SET to my clients, their families, and the properties.
All our services are customized to fit the client’s particular needs. My Floor Planning includes detailed computer furniture plans that my clients find very helpful. The new home/apartment is reviewed and measured to verify all floor dimensions, utilities connections (lights, cable, telephone), as well as all unique circumstances are notated. Measurements are taken of the client’s furniture selection and put into the floor plan with various options. Floor plans can even be taped off in the new residence to allow for the client to better visualize their new home layout.
I personally coordinate and direct the mover for a smooth relocation day. Senior Relocation Services handles the full settle-in and arrival services (from placement of all furniture to the developed floor plan, to full unpacking and placement of all items, setting up of all rooms – kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and more, including computer and entertainment systems, telephone/fax systems, placement & hanging of art, mirrors, fixtures, cord management, set up of organizational systems, and facilitation of special physical needs.
I focus on personalized finishing touches including memory placement that stages the new home in a familiar fashion. Skilled handyman services are available to meet the unique senior needs.
Additional Post-Move services, such as preparing the home for closure, are offered. This can include the finalization of all personal property disposition, tax deductible charitable donation documentation, confidential shredding of personal records, final removal and disposal of unwanted items, final home/property clean-out, facilitation of bids for minor repairs, and final turnover of residence to the appropriate party.
I often assist clients with Procurement Services by facilitating items they may need for their new home (furniture, fixtures, beds, bedding, TV’s, accessories, amenities, organizational items). Under the Services tab you will see a more expansive breakdown of Pre-Move and Post-Move Services available.
I frequently work with clients that have no local family members and pride myself in keeping their long-distance family members up to date on such relocations via phone contact, email contact (including photographs). My one-on-one personalized full service immediately puts my clients at ease knowing their relocation is in good hands.
